As former Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Rare Earths (India) Limited, Dr. Singh played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a profitable public sector enterprise. He was instrumental in establishing India’s indigenous capabilities in rare earth metals and magnet manufacturing, and setting up key technology development and recycling facilities.
